Kinaed is a collection of salvaged material from all over the Hudson Valley. Our goal is to provide a diverse inventory of reusable building material for artists or builders looking for historic or unique pieces of wood, stone or metal. From centuries old barns to river beds to railroad yards we offer a wonderful collection of material with which to inspire and create.

The name "Kinaed" is a deravation of the Gaelic name for Kenneth, meaning "born of fire." In the gallery section you can see some of the pieces made by the founder of Kinaed, local artist Kenneth Stippa. Ken uses salvaged material to create both unique and practical works of art.
